Today, I realize that the biggest obstacle in pursuing my love for Indian Stamp was lack of proper and affordable information related to this subject. This no way means that there was no information and books on this subject, but that was inaccessible, unaffordable and obsolete in terms of today's requirement for such knowledge. The basic requirement for any Philatelic Information is visuals because a Photo can speak thousand words. Secondly, with increasing use of computer knowledge and internet in Philately, it has become necessary for any collector to have handy information and options for search for such information instantly at computer. This motivated me to compile a CD consisting of all required information related to Indian Stamps and this is how I started working on soft information on Indian Stamps. This was not small task and could not have been completed without support of my wife and children who allowed me to put 24 hrs 365 days at this task. I would also sincerely thanks to my fellow Philatelists which includes specially Mr. Shanti Prasad Jain, Mr. P.M. Bhargava, Mr. N.C. Bhandari, Dr. Rakesh Thaper, Earlier Print listings done by Stanley Gibbons, Scott & Phila India has guided me in compiling this listing. There are lots of Items which are newly listed hence I have given them Sarvesh Patni No. (SP No.) for convenience. I welcome suggestions and comments for future development of this effort. The biggest Credit goes to India Posts who has a rich past as well as present of issuing beautiful stamps which continuously motivated me both to collect as well as make this listing. At last, I am sincerely thankful to my programmer Mr. Ashwani Goyal, who fully co-operated with me day & night to achieve my target and Monogram is designed by my younger son Hemant Jain. This CD is dedicated to my Mother & Father who has always inspired me to do creative work since childhood.

Philatelic Society of Rajasthan is 1st Regd Society with its family over 125 life Members and 1000 annual & associate members. PSR has been continuously involved in Philatelic Activities and successfully conducted many State & National Exhibitions along with Inter School Stamp Exhibition - Schoolpex every year since last 11 years. In this process of developing Philatelic Awareness, PSR give Speeches and Demonstrations with help of Audio Visual Aids to Introduce Philately among general public specially Students with the help of Digital Methods and Techniques. Our Senior Member, Mr Sarvesh Patni has taken responsibility of developing Presentations and Programme for such awareness specially about Indian Stamps. We feel Proud to share his tireless effort done in last two years and subsequent development of probably World's best Digital Presentation on Indian Stamps collecting to new heights,. We congratulate Mr. Sarvesh Patni for successfully completing this task and believe that he shall continue putting efforts for the common endeavor of Philately Promotion.
